Is this programme for you?
It is intended for women who have experienced domestic or emotional abuse, are no longer in immediate crisis, feel ready to take responsibility for their healing and future, and can commit to all six sessions. It is structured support, not therapy. You do not need to share more than you feel comfortable sharing, and applying does not commit you to take part.
The programme landing page describes it as fully funded for successful applicants, with a private value of £2,000+ and a participant cost of £0. Places are limited to 15 and an application process applies.

You don’t need to have everything figured out, feel confident or know your goals. The application helps The Anchor Room understand whether the programme is a safe and appropriate fit. You can take your time, and pause and return if you need to.

Encouragement to recognise strengths, challenge beliefs that may be holding you back and begin thinking about your future again.
A sense of connection and peer encouragement can help women feel heard, understood and less alone.
Six-week programme
The Anchor Room has shared the results of its first Reset. Reclaim. Rebuild. cohort. Its public update describes a six-week programme that supported women to reconnect with themselves, recognise their strengths, challenge limiting beliefs and start to look towards their future.
In the first cohort, average confidence was reported as rising from 3.4 to 8.4 out of 10. The post says scores increased steadily over the programme: 3.4, 4.8, 5.8, 6.6, 6.8 and 8.4. These are reported cohort results, not a promise of an individual outcome.
The current six-week Bristol cohort and application details are listed above. These first-cohort results are historical group feedback, not a promise of an individual outcome.

Scores were tracked at the beginning of each session, according to the Facebook impact update.
The organisation’s fundraising page also describes its longer-term goals: trauma-informed workshops, business-building support, coworking facilities with childcare, and a connected network of peer encouragement. These are presented there as goals for the work, so please ask The Anchor Room directly about what is currently available.
